"After a year of insurance with state farm I a single mom of two with a visual impairment found a more affordable way to accommodate my life and have reliable transportation have never been called a “problem” before my accompany before or someone who is suppose to acting professionally but this is the first and one of the most rudest and worst experiences I have ever had. I definitely love the owner but the other office members have been so rude to me and my family. I highly recommend looking else where you too might be a problem as well."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I switched my payment date from the 19th to the 1st of the following month. They went ahead and withdrew the funds anyways. They would not reverse it. Switching insurance companys next month. Absolutely terrible customer service."

"Had been with state farm for over 15 years and always had good service from them but Carolyn Thompson stabbed us in the back this time and treated us horrible costing us our $500 deductible and a daily rental fee out of our pockets until we can find a new car in our busy lives. Long story, but take advice. You could talk to them 500 tomes a day and they'd have no record of it, we had work done on our car from hitting a deer 2 months prior to this accident (never had any issues) but this time they don't have record of that or ever paying for it, even though they did, and neither time did we ever get 1 phone call from anyone at state farm for any reason including being asked multiple times to return our calls nor did they ever do any follow up calls to our body guy. They will not take care of you. Go see Tim Simpson at Simpson Insurance. I have heard marvelous things about them and their loyalty to their clients. State farm is HORRIBLE! Finding that out more and more as I talk to people."
